Cozy Reset Concierge was founded from a deep background in hospitality, shaped by 20 years of experience as a trained pastry chef and owner of a community-centered bakery and café. Creating spaces where people feel genuinely cared for has always been at the heart of my work. I learned firsthand how comfort, attention to detail, and thoughtful touches can transform a space into a true home.
Today, Cozy Reset Concierge supports homeowners, buyers, sellers, and busy households through life transitions such as moving in, preparing a home for sale, or managing day-to-day home needs. Whether clients are local or coordinating from afar, I provide reliable, personalized home concierge services that bring ease, clarity, and peace of mind. Personalized lifestyle concierge services including event prep, décor and gift sourcing, reservations, weekly household support, and delivery coordination.
We offer logistics oversight, help establish essential daily-use areas, and set up simple home systems that keep spaces organized, tidy, and easy to maintain. So your home feels settled faster.
PROPERTY & EXTERIOR
We partner with Oakwood Tree Care Professionals, a fully licensed and insured company, to provide exterior and seasonal services including holiday and landscape lighting installation, Christmas and seasonal light displays, and tree and holiday decorating. Oakwood Tree Care also offers comprehensive tree care services focused on ongoing maintenance, safety, and long-term tree health.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cozy Reset Concierge services are billed hourly with a two-hour minimum per visit. Pricing varies based on scope of work and location. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve appointments, with payment due at the end of each visit. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; one reschedule per appointment is permitted.
Cozy Reset Concierge provides non-physical home concierge services only and does not offer deep cleaning, packing or unpacking, childcare, elder care, pet care, transportation, heavy organizing, repairs, or construction services. Vendor coordination is limited to scheduling and communication with licensed and insured providers; Cozy Reset Concierge is not responsible for third-party timelines, pricing, or workmanship.
